B\u00e1sicamente, son res\u00famenes de evidencia, que re\u00fanen las principales conclusiones y recomendaciones para abordar un problema espec\u00edfico para el apoyo en la toma de decisiones para la generaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas en salud u otros sectores.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los<em> policy briefs<\/em> \u00a0son res\u00famenes, que re\u00fanen la evidencia de investigaci\u00f3n global (de revisiones sistem\u00e1ticas) y local, y \u00a0se utilizan como referencia en la toma de decisiones para sustentar un decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica. Son documentos cortos y sucintos, generalmente, de 2 a 4 p\u00e1ginas de extensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 son importantes en la toma de decisiones?<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>Un policy brief puede ser parte de una estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia<\/strong><\/span> y la difusi\u00f3n del documento puede contribuir a incrementar la conciencia general sobre la importancia de un determinado problema y <strong><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\">la conveniencia de abordarlo con acciones basadas en la evidencia<\/span>.<\/strong> La redacci\u00f3n de un res\u00famen de evidencia para pol\u00edticas puede ayudar a promover v\u00ednculos entre equipos de investigaci\u00f3n y grupos de inter\u00e9s, y contribuir as\u00ed a la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de salud de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico, basadas en la evidencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se desarrollan?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El desarrollo de un<em> policy brief<\/em> \u00a0involucra los siguientes pasos:<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>Identificaci\u00f3n de la audiencia<\/strong><\/span> a la que se dirige el documento.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>Delimitaci\u00f3n del problema: <\/strong><\/span>es una de las partes m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles del proceso, debido a la pol\u00e9mica que acompa\u00f1a a los temas claves para toma de decisiones en pol\u00edticas de salud.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>Recopilaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n y evidencia:<\/strong><\/span> informaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica, literatura que ampl\u00ede la visi\u00f3n del problema, evaluar la situaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, exponer soluciones y sustentar las recomendaciones basadas en<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>Consideraci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas alternativas y evaluaci\u00f3n de criterios<\/strong><\/span> para medirlas.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>Proyecci\u00f3n de resultados y dise\u00f1o de recomendaciones<\/strong>.<\/span> No todos los res\u00famenes de evidencia para pol\u00edticas presentan recomendaciones. De hecho, la presentaci\u00f3n de mensajes clave es cada vez m\u00e1s frecuente e igualmente efectiva.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>Organizar y realizar un di\u00e1logo deliberativo<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>Descripci\u00f3n de la historia:<\/strong> <\/span>redacci\u00f3n del resumen de evidencia para pol\u00edticas, en un estilo accesible y convincente, describiendo las estrategias que se recomiendan para abordarlo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9b0707;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 debe tener un <em>policy brief<\/em>?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>T\u00edtulo<\/strong><\/span>, que debe ser claro y preciso<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>Res\u00famen<\/strong><\/span>, preciso y breve<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>Introducci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>, delimitando concretamente el problema<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>Marco te\u00f3rico del problema<\/strong>,<\/span> exponiendo evidencia disponible a la fecha<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>Recomendaciones<\/strong><\/span> o mensajes claves<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>Conclusiones <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>Referencias<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para ejemplificar lo aprendido sobre los <em>policy briefs<\/em>, dir\u00edjase al documento del <span style=\"color: #ffbf00;\"><strong>Instituto Nacional de Salud y del Observatorio Nacional de Salud<\/strong><\/span>, del que sali\u00f3 la frase \u201cUna paz total no es posible si no hay equidad\u201d, pronunciada por el presidente santos en su discurso inaugural el 7 de agosto de 2014.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Descargue el Documento: <em><a href=\"http:\/\/neuroeconomix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Policy-brief_Desigualdades-Sociales-en-Salud-en-Colombia.pdf\">Policy brief.
